What does cold-pressed mean?+

The oil is extracted from the olives without heat, which keeps the taste and aroma. That's what gives it its fruity flavor, with a slight peppery kick at the back of the throat.

How long does delivery take?+

Usually up to 3 business days from when the order is confirmed. Before holidays it's worth ordering early — we'll give you the delivery date when we confirm.

Can I add a personal message?+

Yes. Every box comes with a handwritten card — tell us what to write, and we'll take care of the rest.

How should olive oil be stored?+

Somewhere cool and dark, away from the stove, with the bottle closed. That way it keeps its taste for a long time.
