Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

At Apex Media we respect your privacy. This policy explains what details we collect through the website, how we use them, who they may be shared with, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible for the information

Apex Media is responsible for the information. For any privacy question, contact us at apexmediamind@gmail.com or by phone at +972 54-551-3992.

2. What details we collect

Details you give us: when you fill in a contact form on the website, we collect the details you entered — name, phone number, email address (optional) and the content of your message. You are not legally required to give these details, but without them we can't get back to you.

Where the enquiry came from: when you send a form, the page it was sent from and how you reached the website — for example the campaign or link you came through, or the website that referred you — are attached to it, so we know which channel brought it. For this, how you arrived is kept in your browser (in session storage) until you close the tab, and it is only sent to us together with the form.

Payment details: when you buy a package on the website, payment is made on the secure payment page of the payment processor Grow. Your name, phone, email and card details are entered directly with Grow; we receive the contact details and the payment confirmation in order to provide the service and issue a receipt, and we never see or store your card details.

Information collected automatically: while you browse, technical usage data may be collected, such as your browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, how you reached the website and your IP address. This information is used for measurement and improvement, and we don't use it to identify you personally.

3. Why we use the details

  • To get back to you and answer your enquiry.
  • To give you a quote and manage our business relationship.
  • To carry out orders and payments and issue receipts.
  • To measure and improve the performance of the website and our campaigns.
  • To meet legal requirements, where they apply.

We do not sell or rent your details to third parties.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the website to work, and some are used for measurement and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the website may then not work properly.

The website also keeps your accessibility menu preferences in your browser (in local storage) — for example text size or contrast mode. These are display preferences only: they stay on your device, are not sent to us, and can be reset at any time from the accessibility menu.

The website is available in Hebrew, Arabic and English. When you choose a language with the language buttons, your choice is kept in an essential cookie called lang for one year, so the next pages open in the language you chose. The cookie doesn't identify you and isn't used for measurement or advertising.

5. Third-party analytics and advertising tools

The website may use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics — measuring traffic and behavior on the website.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — measuring campaign performance and targeted advertising, including showing ads to people who visited the website.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and recordings of how the website is used (scrolling, clicks and mouse movement), to understand which parts of the website are unclear and improve them. Text typed into forms is masked and not recorded.
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights — measuring overall traffic on the website and how fast its pages load. They don't use cookies and don't track visitors across websites.
  • Web3Forms — delivering the content of contact forms to our email inbox.
  • Grow — processing payments on the website. Card details are entered directly on Grow's payment page and never pass through us. After a payment, the thank-you page reports the purchase (the package and the amount) to Google Analytics and Meta, without personal details.
  • Finbot — bookkeeping and issuing receipts. After a payment, the name, email and phone you gave Grow, the amount, the number of installments and the last four digits of the card are sent to it, to produce the receipt and email it to you.

You can limit ad tracking in the ad settings of your Google and Meta accounts, or in your browser and device settings.

6. Transfers of information abroad

The services listed above are run by international companies, so some information may be processed and stored on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. These transfers are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those providers.

7. Sharing information with third parties

We don't share your details with third parties, except: with the service providers listed in this policy and to run the website; when required by law, a court order or a competent authority; or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.

8. Keeping information and security

We keep the details of an enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and manage the business relationship, and then for a further reasonable period for record-keeping and to meet legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or kept in a form that doesn't identify you.

We take accepted measures to secure information, including encrypted data transfer. However, no online system guarantees complete protection, and we cannot promise full immunity from intrusion or misuse.

9. Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may ask us to see the details you gave us, correct, update or delete them, and ask to be removed from our mailing list. Send your request to apexmediamind@gmail.com, and we will answer within a reasonable time.

10. Minors

The website is meant for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information about minors under 18. If you learn that a minor has given us details, please contact us and we will delete them.

11. Links to other websites

The website may include links to external websites and pages, including social networks. This policy doesn't apply to them, and we aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the top.

13. Other documents

This is an English translation of the privacy policy. If there is any conflict between the English text and the Hebrew text, the Hebrew text is binding.
